Why a Retreat?

Retreating is taking a step back.

From life,

From the duties

From all the habits.

A retreat gives you a new perspective and helps you to focus your energies for a specific amount of time.

I love creating retreats, as it allows me to play with different kind of concepts I always wanted to bring into this realm.

Come and join one of my retreats - and experience a journey that will most probably change your life.

My Values & Workethic

01.

Authenticity

"I teach what I live.”

I show up as my true and honest self. I can only teach what I have gone through myself. This makes my teaching real, embodied, and rooted in experience — not theory. I hold space for others not from a place of perfection, but from presence and empathy. My path has taught me that vulnerability, humor, and curiosity are powerful tools for healing. Through yoga, I offer not just movement, but an invitation to come home to yourself — gently, honestly, and with compassion.

02.

Humor

“Laughter is a form of letting go.”

I like to laugh, because life is too sacred to be taken too seriously. In my classes, I invite humor, smiles, and softness — not as a performance, but as a natural part of being human. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are — whether you feel bright and open, or tender and raw. I believe yoga meets us where we are, not where we think we should be.

03.

Connection

“Yoga begins where we reconnect – with ourselves and each other.”

The connection to ourselves shapes how we connect with others and our environment. That's why it is so essential to cultivate inner awareness, softness, and presence. When we turn inward with honesty and care, we begin to move through the world with more clarity, compassion, and intention. This clarity, compassion, and intention is inviting not only healthier relationships, it will also remove any obstacles.

Yoga becomes not just a personal practice, but a way of relating — to life, to nature, to each other.

04.

Empowerment

“You are the expert of your own body.”

In my classes, I try to encourage you to have more faith and trust in your own body — while always inviting mindfulness and gentle awareness. I believe that deep down, we all long to feel safe within ourselves. We all need empowerment in our lives, especially when things get challenging or uncertain. Yoga offers us a space to reconnect with that inner strength — not by pushing harder, but by listening more closely. I want you to leave the mat feeling more grounded, more connected, and reminded that your body is not a problem to be fixed, but a place to come home to.
