my name is Julia.

I’m the founder of Senses Yoga, a space where tradition meets personal growth. With more than 15 years of personal practice and more than 5 years of teaching experience, my roots lie deeply in traditional Hatha Yoga, which I studied and practiced in India.

What makes my approach unique is not only my yoga background, but also my studies in pedagogy and psychology, combined with my own journey of self-reflection. This blend allows me to create classes that are more than movement — they are safe, supportive spaces for exploration, connection, and deeper transformation.

In fact, my yogic Journey wasn't quite linear. Initially stepping on the mat felt hard, I was not focused, and I didn't understand, why I am actually doing Yoga. But luckily, I remained persistent — which led to the decision after 10 years of practicing to become a Yoga Teacher. I started to realize my wish, when I was finding myself in my living room imitating my Yoga Teachers, and holding my own class. :D
Anyway, I am more than happy I have followed the path consistently up the yoga-road. And with that, I am happy you are here!
My Offerings

Online Classes
I offer structured alignment & glow yoga classes catering to various skill levels - on & offline. My classes are focusing on promoting femininity, deepening the senses, vocal expression, self-love, as well as reconnecting with the sensations of the body. This is not only exclusive to women.

Retreats
In my retreat, I want you to find your most authentic and true version of yourself. I offer profound retreats, guiding you towards your purpose and your path here on this world.
What I want is to help you shine.
Be brave and step into the unknown towards yourself!

Workshops
I offer different Workshops helping you to explore new tools for your own self discovery. Either Workshops using Yoga Asana, Pranayama or Meditation or using Astrology as a tool for your own self discovery.

I’ve been going to Julia’s classes for 9 months, I was definitely a beginner. So much has changed 9 months later, Julia has helped me reconnect with my body and breath. Because of this I feel more connected with myself and my surroundings than I ever have, I am now more able to be present. Julia’s guidance is both calming and empowering, making every session feel tailored to my needs. Her adjustments have helped me really feel how the poses are done correctly. She creates such a positive and inclusive environment, and her flows are the perfect balance between challenging and relaxing. Every class leaves me feeling more present, energized, and ready to take on the day. I can’t recommend her enough!
