I’m the founder of Senses Yoga, a space where tradition meets personal growth. With more than 16 years of personal practice and more than 6 years of teaching experience, my roots lie deeply in traditional Hatha Yoga, which I studied and practiced in India.
What makes my approach unique is not only my yoga background, but also my studies in pedagogy and psychology, combined with my own journey of self-reflection. This blend allows me to create classes that are more than movement — they are safe, supportive spaces for exploration, connection, and deeper transformation.
In fact, my yogic Journey wasn't quite linear. Initially stepping on the mat felt hard, I was not focused - and I didn't understand, why I am actually doing Yoga. But luckily, I remained persistent — which led to the decision after 10 years of personal practicing to become a Yoga Teacher. I started to realize my wish, when I was finding myself in my living room imitating my Yoga Teachers and holding my own class. :D
Anyway, I am more than happy I have followed the path consistently up the yoga-road.
