Julia Maria

With over 15 years of personal yoga practice and 5 years as a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, I am passionate about sharing the transformative wisdom of yoga. I received my training and blessings from Yoga Vidya in Nashik, India, and continue to explore yoga as a lifelong journey of learning and inner connection.
Recently, I’ve deepened my understanding of Ayurveda while assisting at a traditional Ayurvedic hotel—an experience that illuminated the profound synergy between yoga and Ayurveda as tools for healing, balance, and alignment with nature.
Yoga, to me, is not just a discipline — it is a lifelong journey. I am deeply committed to continually expanding my knowledge and honoring the ancient wisdom of yoga as a living, breathing tradition—one that invites us to keep learning, softening, and remembering.
With a background in pedagogy, psychology, and marketing, I create grounded, heart-led spaces that support self-discovery and inner growth. To me, It is an honour to hold this sacred space for you — for your process, your practice, and your unfolding. May it support you in discovering deeper layers of yourself that you can carry home with clarity, presence, and grace.
This journey is for you. The sacred land, the practices, the stillness, and the shared stories are all waiting. And so am I.
Erin Fiebig
Namaste, my name is Erin, and it is an absolute pleasure to meet you on your path to wellness.
I have taught yoga for four years, guiding students through Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra practices. My teaching is rooted in presence, intentional movement, and the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for transformation.
I see yoga as more than just a physical practice. It’s a way of living with awareness and intention. My path has been deeply enriched by Ayurveda—the sister science of yoga. Embracing the principle that food is medicine has profoundly transformed my life, bringing me back into balance and helping me live in greater harmony with nature’s rhythms. These insights naturally infuse my classes, where I love to offer grounding practices and lifestyle tools that support holistic wellbeing.

At the retreat, I’ll be sharing a carefully curated blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra—each chosen to align with the retreat’s Ayurvedic themes and support inner stillness, self-inquiry, and renewal. My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently guided back to your own inner wisdom.
I’m honored to share this journey with you!
